This military-style program is a segment of drills that can include jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, and sit-ups - along with stamina building cardio drills, and a 6 pack abdominal workout. Lots of energy and fun. Very motivating. ALL LEVELS

Bootcamp Body Sculpt

Bootcamp drills to warm up – followed by light weight cardio sculpt segment – buns and abs sequence, and stretching cool down. Get ready to sweat. Space limited.

Bootcamp drills to warm up.– Followed by bag techniques – Punching and kicking drills – followed by partner work with blocking and punching drill; Ab blast and stretching cool down ends the session. KILLER CLASS. LIMITED SPACE

West meets East. Get strong, inside and out, with a workout that brings you the rewards of two cultures. A powerful new fitness program that integrates cardio kickboxing intervals with strength building yoga poses to stretch, strengthen and work the entire body and mind. The class ends with a relaxing and soothing yoga cool-down. ALL LEVELS
