of drills that can include jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, and
sit-ups - along with stamina building cardio drills, and a 6 pack
abdominal workout. Lots of energy and fun. Very motivating.

new fitness program that integrates cardio kickboxing intervals

the entire body and mind. The class ends with a relaxing and soothing
